The mission
Vertiv brought its EMEA sales team to its Keep it Humming customer engagement event to build a winning mindset. They wanted a keynote tuned to the sales team's culture and the messages they were there to share.
Backstage prep
Alison delivered her High-Performing Intrapreneurship keynote, tailored around Vertiv's culture and key messages. It included her interactive Alison Edgar's Big Balls® exercise, using the balls to make visible how time, tasks and communication drive overwhelm, or ease it.
The result
A high-energy session that kept the sales team engaged throughout and gave them a shared, memorable model for managing workload and communication.
