The mission
CBRE's annual Developing YOU event brought around 200 people together to invest in their professional growth and celebrate the company's top performers. They wanted a keynote that would get people thinking and acting like owners, not just employees.
Backstage prep
Alison delivered her High-Performing Intrapreneurship keynote, tailored to CBRE's own language, agenda and objectives so it landed as their message rather than a generic talk. The session stayed interactive throughout.
