The mission
Shiseido's UKI Summer Conference celebrated a strong first half and set up the next one. They wanted their teams thinking bigger: pushing past self-imposed limits and finding new ways around the blockers in their way.
Backstage prep
Alison prepared a two-hour session, an hour of keynote followed by an hour of interactive workshop, built around The Art of Thinking Big and her "What Would I Do If It Was Mine?" question, with a focus on innovation and resilience.
The result
Delegates left inspired to push boundaries, with practical strategies for thinking big, getting past obstacles and driving change in their own roles.
